The estate has three separate sets of quarters for guests:Guest House: Located on one of the corners of the property with it own entrance, this single story house has 300 m2 (3229 square feet), a fenced garden and covered parking for two vehicles. The house is built inside and out of pine from the finca (with the five layers of the main house) and covered by a standing seam metal roof. Upon entering, one encounters a comfortable living area with large fireplace to the right and dining area to the left. Beyond is a long, wide hallway capped by a ridgetop window that takes you to four bedrooms and three full baths with bidets. The kitchen is in a separate room, but easily accessible to the dining area by a bar and two entrances. A laundry and mudroom are located behind the kitchen.
Guest Apartment over the Stable: The apartment over the stables is accessible by a stairway in the Tack Room. It is spacious, with two bedrooms and a full bath. On one end, there is a fully equipped office with internet access that is used by the finca’s secretary. It is separated from the bedrooms by a living room and kitchen The apartment is very attractive and the owners use it to house equestrian experts who come for their riding clinics.
Guest Apartment over the Main Tool Warehouse: Adjacent to the Stables is a two story building (also built of pine from the finca) with a storehouse for tools and a large walk-in cold storage compartment downstairs and a charming little efficiency apartment upstairs that has a sensational view.
